Characteristic
1, butt joint: the stress concentration is relatively small, carrying capacity is better.
2, corner joint: low bearing capacity, generally not used alone, mostly used for the corner of the closed structure.
3, lap joint: uneven stress distribution, low bearing capacity, simple preparation and equipment.
How to Use
1. Peel off the protective film on the back of the Self Stick Pin.
2. Stick the adhesive side onto the item you want to attach.
3. Remove the protective film on the front of the Self Stick Pin.
4. Press the pin to ensure it's attached securely.
Application
1. Building and construction: Insulation self-stick pins are commonly used in commercial and residential buildings to secure insulation materials to walls, ceilings, or floors. They help to keep the insulation in place and prevent it from sagging or falling.
2. HVAC systems: In heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, insulation self-stick pins are used to secure insulation to ductwork. This helps in reducing heat transfer and energy loss, while also controlling condensation.
3. Industrial settings: Insulation self-stick pins are often used in industrial settings to secure insulation materials to equipment, pipes, or tanks. Proper insulation can help regulate temperature, prevent condensation, and improve energy efficiency.
4. Soundproofing projects: When installing soundproofing materials, such as acoustic panels or foam, insulation self-stick pins can be used to secure them to walls or ceilings. This helps to reduce noise transfer and improve overall soundproofing effectiveness.
5. Refrigeration and cold storage: Insulation self-stick pins are essential in refrigeration units and cold storage facilities to secure insulation materials to walls, panels, or doors. This ensures proper insulation and temperature control for effective refrigeration and energy efficiency.
