Introduction
Filter Discs refers to round extruder filters commonly used in barrel extrusion screen changers. Our circular extruder filters have sturdy structure, excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Both single-layer and multi-layer circular extruder filters are available in a variety of materials and sizes. In general, single-layer extruder filters are widely used in plastic and blown film industries, where the raw material contamination is lower and the pressure in the extruder head is lower. While multi-layer extruder filters are commonly used in the plastics, fiber and polymer industries where fine filtration is required to prevent the incorporation of foreign particles.

Major filter materials and types: stainless steel woven wire mesh, mild steel wire mesh, phosphate bronze wire cloth, brass wire cloth and sintered wire mesh.
Shapes: round, square, rectangle, elliptical, U-shaped, other special shapes are available.
Disc filters can be provided in single layer, three layer or custom multiple layer options.
Marginal materials for pack filters: stainless steel, aluminum and nickel-plated copper.
Diameter of the discs: from 10mm to 580mm (1/8" to 22"), also can be produced according to the customers' specific requirements.

Application
